Preferential Prices on all ’Inspired’ Beauty Therapies within the Hotel when booked through Native Fitness Holidays in advance for your arrival day.

Group activities, all native skills sessions and of course you will have the experts there with you all the time to help guide your particular goals.
2     Our team are experienced at dealing with all levels of fitness, abilitities, sizes and shapes, there are of course group activities but there is a big onus on individuals achieving life changing lasting results
3     Our Trainers will advise on what foods will suit each client best from the Hotel menu. Our Native Fitness guests will also have a specially prepared breakfast to ensure you have the best possible balance of nutrients to see you through your native adventures.
4     Our courses generally accommodate up to 8 people and can vary in age group and diversity; we have many solo travellers as well as couples and groups
5     We would advise you to bring some shorts, t-shirts, fitness gear flip flops or sandals and training shoes (although we try and go barefoot when we can)
Some casual clothes and a sweatshirt. Remember your swimwear for using the hotels facilities or for the real ‘native’ in you a swim in the Sea (where applicable)!
6    Only guests of the same gender will share Twin Rooms if they have booked individually. If we have an odd number of guests then single rooms will be used
7     Yes. It would be advised to book in advance and possibly to book for your arrival day or for the Saturday night after a hard days training. Remember we have arranged preferential rates if you book in advance through Native Fitness Holidays.
8     Check in times for the Hotel are from 3pm on the arrival day with check out at 11am for departure. If you do happen to arrive early the Hotel will happily provide storage for your luggage while you familiarise yourself with the hotel.
9     Itinerary is available on the holidays UK page. However Training starts on the Saturday morning after our meet and greet session. Nice and early!
10     Yes, however a 50% deposit must be paid when making your booking with the final payment made 1 month before the Course starts. Deposits are not refundable
